We are still in need of assistance for the upcoming Scholastic Action Shooting Program State Tournament this weekend at Olofson Range (Polk City).

Training will be held at the range on Friday, May 31st from 3PM to 5PM for those working the event. If you can't make the training but can assist over the weekend please still sign up as we can do a quick training prior to your shift to get you up to speed on the role you would be fulfilling. 

Saturday Schedule

8:00AM - Arrive 

9:00AM - 12PM - Flight One

12:00PM - 1:00PM - Lunch  (provided on site free of charge to staff and volunteers)

1:00PM - 4:00PM - Flight Two

4:00PM - 5:00PM - Prep Range for Sunday

 

Sunday Schedule

8:00AM - Arrive

9:00AM - 12:00PM - Flight Three

12:00PM - 1:00PM - Lunch (provided on site free of charge to staff and volunteers)

1:00PM - 4:00PM - Reserved Flight Four (if needed)

If we do not need Flight Four tear down and awards will begin at 1:00PM. If we do need Flight Four tear down and awards will begin at 5:00PM.

We need a minimum of 10 people for each flight to run the shoot. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
